The regulations

The regulations are applied to all Guests staying at the Folwark Łuknajno.

Guarantee of the reservation is a deposit (the account given on page www.luknajno.pl) or correspondence when booking.

In the event of cancellation no later than 30 days before arrival we kindly inform you that the deposit is not refundable

The price for room renting is taken in the cash/card for the whole stay at the day of arrival at the Folwark Łuknajno.

A failure of any services during your stay, as well as the shortening does not return deposit.

Room is reserved for a hotel day, which starts at 3.00 pm and ends at 10:30 am next day.

If the Guest did not specify the length of the stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.

If the Guest wants to stay longer, he/she should report it to the Reception till 10.00 am on the day on which the staying period passes. The Hotel undertakes to complete the application within available rooms.

The Guest should make his/her stay in the Reception on the basis of a document that contains a photograph (e.g. identity card, passport, driving license).

VAT invoice can be issued on the day of departure, upon submission of the original fiscal receipt. It is possible to deposit the receipt at the Reception, at the request of the Customer, in order to issue the invoice later. If there is no original fiscal receipt, the invoice may not be issued.

The Hotel Guest is not allowed to provide other people with his/her room, even if the hotel day, for which he/she paid, has not passed.

Visitors of the Guest should leave the hotel room prior to 22:00.

Visitors’ staying at the rooms after 22:00 is tantamount to the Guest’s agreeing on a quartered of the room visitor. Quartered shall be in accordance with the quartered price indicated in the hotel price list.

Curfew is from 22:00 to 6:00 pm in the Hotel. In the event of interference, the Hotel has the right to intervene, or even refuse to provide services.

The Hotel Guest shall be responsible for material damage and destruction of equipment and technical devices of the Hotel, resulting from his/her fault or due to his/her visitors. The Hotel has the right to claim compensation in relation to the damages arising within the Hotel.

The Hotel responsibility for loss or damage of items brought by the Hotel Guest shall be governed by the provisions of the Code Civil, Articles 846-849.

Each time leaving room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the light, audio/video devices, lock the door

The Hotel is not responsible for vehicles parking at the Hotel.

Smoking in the Hotel is not allowed, except for places for smokers. In the event of a breach of prohibition, the Guest may be charged costs of room ozonation.

The Guest shall be required to comply with the fire regulations.

The Hotel undertakes to store the items left by the Guests for 30 days. In the event of receiving a command, the aforementioned items shall be returned by the Polish Post Office or by the courier service to the address indicated by the Guest, at his/her own expense.

The Hotel may refuse to accept the Guest, who, during the previous residence, grossly violated the Hotel regulations, caused damage to the Hotel’s property, other Guests, Hotel staff or other persons residing in the Hotel

On May 25, 2018, the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) enters into force, ie a new EU regulation aimed at modernizing and unifying the regulations on the protection of personal data in force in the European Union. Therefore, on this day the Privacy Policy of the Luknajno Farm will change. Please be advised that your personal data in the form of an e-mail address, contact details – are used only to support the process of Registration and / Booking of Travel and Lodging Services.
